Using 11 kinds of botanicals which is mainly "Kuromoji" (Lindera umbellata), an aromatic tree grown in Japan naturally. By the original distillation method focusing on the scent of "Kuromoji", you can enjoy the refreshing flavor. Using pure water polished by Japan Central Alps as preparation water.
We blend 2 distilled liquids with our original compounding ratio. One is the liquid distilled only "Kuromoji"'s switch. The other one is the liquid distilled soaked-botanicals. That's the reason why we're able to recreate the refreshing, elegant and complicated taste and scent.
Recommend drink method:
On the rock, straight and base liquor for any cocktail.
Lemon Peel, Kuromoji, Juniper Berry, Coriander, Licorice, Angelica, Ginger, Cinnamon, Sichuan Pepper, Cardamon, Caraway
It reminds us of the scent of the air in a forest by the harmony of "Kuromoji", Juniper berry and Citrus.
Light taste. You can feel the sweetness of cinnamon slightly and pleasant finish.
