“Single Malt Tsunuki” is produced at the Mars Tsunuki Distillery, located in a green mountain southwest of the Satsuma Peninsula, blessed with a basin-like climate with temperature differences and high-quality spring water from Mt. Kurata. “2026 Edition” is a single malt whisky released in 2026, vatted with malt whisky aged in various casks, mainly bourbon and sherry casks.
“Single Malt Tsunuki 2026 Edition” is the 5th release as the “Annual Edition”; it is 7th release counting in “The First” and “Peated”. Through 10 years since 2016 when the Tsunuki Distillery was built we seek the best direction of the future by carefully monitoring cask aging progress. This 2026 edition represents our commitment to showcasing the onward potential of Single Malt Tsunuki from the finest malt whiskies available today. The label design reflects former distillery tower and the beautiful surroundings of Tsunuki Distillery.
