This special Mizunara cask is a single cask selected from Shindo Distillery's  specifically for the Hong Kong market.

This collaboration cask was chosen by three partners: AF Trade Shop , the premium whisky retailer Dram Goods Stuff in Central, and the up-and-coming drammer, Courser of Woodland.

Enjoy the unique collaboration of Shindo's signature sweet, heavy lactone-derived milky, fruity, and fatty aromas from its special yeast, blended with the distinctive maturation notes characteristic of Mizunara oak barrel aging.

Tasiting Notes :

The nosing blends Mizunara's distinctive sandalwood-like oriental and spicy aroma with Shindo's characteristic banana and melon-like fruitiness in perfect harmony.
The Palate introduce spicy flavors like cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg, complemented by a custard-like milky and gentle sweetness.
Finishing with spicy and oriental aftertaste.
