Various craft distilleries, both in Japan and abroad, are producing unique whiskies based on their own distinct philosophies. We take these base spirits—each with its own strong, distinctive character—and blend them in our own unique way. Our first collaboration is with the Kameda Distillery in Niigata. They are both a rival and a fellow distiller, having begun distillation in the same year.
We exchanged unpeated bourbon-cask-aged spirits, and each party blended them independently to create their own products. Through this experimental initiative, we aim to bring new surprises and joys to your whiskey-drinking experience.

Shindo and Kameda: a meeting of two “sweet, long-finishing whiskies” with distinct characters. A vibrant, well-defined aroma of aging, paired with a mellow, full-bodied flavor. Notes of dried mango, peach, and coconut.
