MARS Japanese Gin Wa Bi Gin 「和美人 The Forest」

WA BI Gin The Forest features juniper berries and coriander seeds as the core botanicals, along with Yakusugi cedar and Hinoki cypress, plus nine botanicals harvested throughout Kagoshima.

Botanical materials:
Yakusugi cedar, Hinoki cypress leave, Juniper Berry, Coriander Seed, Ginger, Green tea leaf, Perilla ( Japanese herb ) , Yuzu , Hetsuka bitter orange, Lemon, Kumquat, Shell ginger, Saigon cinnnamon leaf

Yakusugi and hinoki leaves are extracted using vapor infusion distillation, while juniper berries are extracted using maceration distillation to capture the refreshing aroma of coniferous trees.

Aroma: Rich scent of Yakusugi cedar, light citrus notes
Taste: Refreshing sensation like being in a coniferous forest, green flavor of cypress leaves
Finish: Sweet and spicy aroma of juniper berries
