CACAO&HOJI NEGRONI" was born as BARTENDER CRAFT #01. Under the supervision of Mr. Shuzo Nagumo, who is known as the best mixologist in Japan, the savory flavor of "KOMASA GIN Hojicha" was combined with several carefully selected world premium liqueurs to create a rich taste.
In addition, the high quality Tanzanian cacao nibs selected by Dandelion Chocolate, famous for its bean to bar products, are steeped for two days. The result is the Negroni Twist Cocktail, a modern twist on a traditional cocktail or a cocktail with a bartender's touch.
