This extremely rare sherry cask is specially released for Taiwan market , and less than 20 bottles are imported in Hong Kong market for enthusiastic Akkeshi whisky collectors.

Though color is a pale golden color for sherry, but is really is the sherry cask aged whisky with hint of peated flavor . 

Tasting Notes 

Aroma: Brown sugar bûche, raisin butter, marmalade, honey
Flavor: Squid ink and ginger spaghetti, citrus peel sorbet
Aftertaste: Hop and cocoa cookies, black pepper citrus salad
