Akkeshi Single Malt Japanese Whisky Risshu（立秋)

This is the 20th edition of Akkeshi’s “Solar Term Series”. 

The waning moon quietly bids farewell to summer,
reflected on Lake Akkeshi's surface,
on a night when the Perseid meteor shower dances down.
Aged Akkeshi malt,
exudes a citrus aroma wrapped in a soft beat.
The key malt is unblended spirit aged in Hokkaido Mizunara oak barrels.
The season reminiscent of Japanese autumn has arrived in Hong Kong. Please enjoy it.

Aroma : 
Peach and apricot compote, vanilla accompanying custard pudding, black sugar syrup, dried persimmons, a soft smoky aroma like a bonfire
Taste : 
Lemon cake, orange macaron, a light acidity reminiscent of ramune soda
Finish : 
Coarsely ground black pepper, a savory spiciness like ginger soy sauce, a lingering sweetness of lemon candy
