This release is for Asian independent bottling brand Lucky Choice

This special release is the result of a longstanding exchange between the AKKESHI Distillery and Chinese whisky fans.
Single cask releases in sherry casks from the AKKESHI distillery are extremely rare, and in this sense, this is one of the rarest and most valuable bottles.
The color is a pale golden color for sherry, but is this a color unique to the cold AKKESHI distillery? However, please enjoy this very precious bottle with a strong sherry flavor!

Tasting Notes 

Aroma: sponge cake, smoke, orange, grilled oysters, and a hint of marmalade

Taste: a mix of yellow and orange citrus, smoke, and white pepper

Aftertaste: lemon candy, citrus peel, and a hint of soy sauce
