Faithfully expressing these commitments while clearly demonstrating our evolution, EX02 stands as the second release in the EXPERIMENTAL Series.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cdiv class=\"itemText blogCode f_reg anim-fadeIn isAnim inView\" data-mh=\"itemText03\"\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOn the second theme, \"Spirits Maturing Over Time.\" \u003cbr\u003eAbout eight months have passed since the release of EX01 in June 2025. During this time, our spirits have continued to mature in an increasingly diverse range of casks, marking a clear progression in time and character. \u003cbr\u003eWhile EX01 expressed the charm of our new make through a deliberately simple cask composition \u003csmall\u003e(*1)\u003c\/small\u003e, EX02 builds upon that foundation. By vatting more mature spirits, it brings greater breadth and depth to the qualities derived from our new make. \u003cbr\u003eThe composition consists entirely of non-peated spirits: 89% bourbon casks, 6% Oloroso sherry casks, and 5% brandy casks. \u003cbr\u003eBright estery aromas rise elegantly, followed by gently toasted dried-fruit nuances. Alongside these, the lactone-derived milky and fatty sweetness inherent to our new make reveals subtle toffee notes.
