This single malt Komagatake is finished in Indian Pale Ale (IPA) beer cask.
The IPA used was a medium-dark beer brewed at Minami Shinshu Beer Komagatake Brewery using plenty of hops.
 
Tasting Note:
It has a light and refreshing citrus scent, a clear sweetness reminiscent of grapefruit and orange, and a crisp bitter finish derived from IPA, making it an excellent match with highball.
