"Single Malt Kanosuke 2021 SECOND EDITION is a single malt Japanese whisky produced at the Kanosuke Distillery in 2018. The key ingredient is unpeated malt, matured in bourbon barrels, vatted in multiple casks, and bottled at cask strength.

The sea breeze that blows through the Kanosuke distillery gets colder and colder every day, allowing the raw whisky to mature gently. Enjoy the elegant sweetness and bitterness of the whisky as it matures in the gentle sea breeze.

Nose: Citrus, green apple, vanilla, lemon tea

Taste: Honey, nikki, grapefruit

Finish: Elegant sweetness and soft bitterness
