Umeshu aged for more than 6 years is post-aged in the same bourbon barrels used for SINGLE MALT JAPANESE WHISKY Togouchi 1st Release CASK STRENGTH.
Flavor :
Fresh top notes of slightly blue fresh green, sweet and smooth with hints of whiskey apricot and marmalade. A lingering aromatic aftertaste of plums follows.
Taste :
Refreshing plum wine mellowed by long-term aging. Aged in whiskey barrels, it has a complex sweetness and a long, lingering aftertaste.
